Working principle of sheet extruder
Plastic undergoes three processes on the exhaust screw; In the first stage, the plastic is compressed and heated to reach a basic plasticizing state; After the basically plasticized plastic enters the exhaust section, due to the sudden deepening of the screw groove in the exhaust section and the suction effect of the vacuum pump, the pressure drops sharply to a negative pressure state. The compressed gas and vaporized volatile matter inside the plastic melt foam in the melt, and the bubbles rupture under the stirring of the exhaust screw. The escaping gas is pumped away by a vacuum pump from the exhaust port; The melted material after exhaust treatment is compressed and homogenized again through the second compression section and second metering section, and the required product is extruded from the machine head.
