For sheet metal machines, the formed sheet metal needs to have uniform thickness, which requires the following technical requirements:
The first type is that the pressure of the screw die must be consistent.
The second type requires high synchronization and high-precision response characteristics among the three rollers during raw material processing.
The third type is relative to high-speed models, which require the feeding rack and three rollers to maintain the same speed at 40 meters per minute.
The fourth type is to automatically form a certain diameter of material roll during the winding process, which can be used in the next process.
The above is an introduction to the technical requirements of the sheet metal machine. These four technical requirements will determine whether the formed sheet material of the sheet machine has consistent thickness, good surface smoothness, and no stripes.
